DONATIONS

There are many ways that churches, Sunday school classes, civic groups, and individuals can help Mountain Top including making donations of items listed below. If you would like to donate any of these items, please call our office at 706-397-8223.

Mountain Top relies on monetary donations alongside state funding to support the program, maintain facilities, keep up facilities, and provide safe entertainment and care for the boys.

Mountain Top Boys Home is an advanced special program of The North Georgia UMC Conference. Donations from United Methodist Churches or groups should reference "Advance 3320" on their gift.

Gift Cards ($50-$100) from Walmart or Target:

Gift cards are given to foster families to buy clothes for children when they first come into their homes. 

VOLUNTEERS

Volunteers come from local churches, Rotary Club of North Cobb, companies and neighbors. They make a significant contribution to our facilities and operations. Recently they have done landscaping, road repairs pressure washing, painting, building repairs, among many other projects. Church and Rotary members cook the Annual Fall BBQ for our friends and donors. We thank everyone for making Mountain Top the special place it is!

WORK GROUPS

There is always a need for work groups to help us at Mountain Top. 
A few things that we need help with:

  1. Remodel woodshop = Family Reunification and Counseling Center

  2. Fire exit for office (fire code)

  3. Gate for front of property

  4. Fallen trees need cut up (we have a splitter)

  5. Painting on the inside and outside of all buildings

  6. Facia Boards and trim need replaced in areas
