Volunteers

Volunteers come from local churches, North Cobb Rotary Club, companies and neighbors. They make significant contributions to our facilities and operations. Recently they have done landscaping, road repairs, pressure washing, painting, building repairs, among many other projects. Church and Rotary members cook the Annual Fall BBQ for our friends and donors. We thank everyone for making Mountain Top the special place it is!

Groups of all ages and sizes are needed to help with landscaping, property upkeep/maintenance and construction projects. Current repairs and/or projects needing volunteers include:

• Construct a concession stand and BBQ pit at the amphitheater

• Construct exit for top floor exit from bunkhouse

• Cut up fallen trees (splitter is available onsite)

• Install gravel at bunkhouse to reduce porch step and smooth out gathering area

• Paint basketball court

• Paint outside of buildings (all are in need so various project sizes)

• Split and haul firewood for the winter

• Weed and trim bushes

Each year, Mountain Top holds several fundraising events on campus including Music on the Mountain and an Annual Fall BBQ. We invite you to volunteer or simply join us at any of these fun family-friendly events!
